Any other time, day or night

For anything outside the hours above, including overnight, hospital, and same-day emergencies, send a WhatsApp message with what you need and when. We reply with a quotation and a time.

WhatsApp for a Quotation
Before You Book: Extra Charges Printing, drafting a document for you, additional copies, travel to you, and rush handling are charged in addition to the page rate. Nobody likes a surprise on the invoice, so ask on WhatsApp for a full quotation before you book, or complete the notary intake form and attach your documents for an accurate estimate.
What to Bring, and What Not to Do
  • Bring original government-issued photo identification. Photocopies and expired identification cannot be accepted.
  • The name on your identification must match the name you are signing. If they differ, for example after marriage, bring the document that connects them.
  • Do not sign anything before you arrive. The signature must be made in front of the notary or commissioner, or the document has to be redone.
  • Bring two unsigned copies of the document where you can. It costs you nothing and saves a return visit if one is spoiled or the receiving office wants a spare.
  • Bring any written instructions from the bank, university, consulate, or court that is asking for the document.
  • Everyone who must sign has to attend, each with their own identification.
Step 2 · Legal Appointments

Consultations, inquiries and attestation

Legal Matters

Legal Consultation

Legal advice and a plan for your matter, within the areas covered by our Law Society of Ontario licence. This is the right choice for personal injury, accident benefits, landlord and tenant, small claims and civil disputes, traffic and provincial offences, employment, WSIB, human rights, social benefits, immigration, legal research, and help preparing for your own hearing.

All consultations are paid in advance. The fee is shown on the booking page, and your appointment is confirmed only once payment is received.

Questions Only

General Inquiry · 10 minutes · No Legal Advice

A short call for general questions: which service you need, what a process involves, whether we cover your area, what to bring, and how our fees work.

No legal advice is given during a general inquiry. If your question needs advice on your facts, we will tell you and you can book a legal consultation. Paid in advance.

Where Documents Commonly Go

Egypt, the Gulf states, and much of the Middle East and North Africa require the full legalization chain rather than an apostille. We handle those routes regularly, in Arabic and English.

Arrive Prepared

Five minutes of preparation, better answers

  • Write a short timeline with dates, in the order things happened.
  • Gather key documents: notices, letters, contracts, tickets, forms, decisions. Photos of them are fine.
  • Note every deadline you know of, even approximate ones.
  • List your top three questions, most important first.
  • For notarial appointments, bring valid government photo identification and do not sign in advance.
  • Complete the matching intake form before your appointment so we start with the facts already in hand.
Begin With Clarity
