Your Rights
- You are entitled to understand every document before signing. A notary confirms identity and witnesses signatures; the notary does not vouch for the wisdom of the deal.
- Documents for use abroad often need authentication, an apostille, or legalization after notarization.
- Receiving organizations set their own requirements, and confirming them first prevents rejected documents.
What to do: Bring the complete, unsigned document, valid photo ID, and the recipient's written instructions. Ask questions before ink, not after.

Why having someone act for you matters
A document rejected abroad is not a small inconvenience, it is a repeated trip, a second set of fees, and sometimes a lost property sale or a missed school enrolment. The chain of certification, notarization, authentication, and legalization must be completed in the correct order for the destination country, and the order is not intuitive.

Before your appointment
- Bring original government-issued photo identification. Expired or photocopied identification cannot be accepted.
- The name on your identification must match the name you are signing.
- Do not sign anything before you arrive. Signing must happen in front of the notary or commissioner.
- Bring two unsigned copies where possible, so a spoiled page does not cost you a second trip.
- Printing, drafting, extra copies, travel, and rush handling are charged separately. Ask on WhatsApp for a full quotation before booking.
