Trusted Network

Referrals to the right professional

No single licence covers everything, and pretending otherwise helps nobody. Through our professional network we can connect you with almost any lawyer, paralegal, mediator, licensed immigration consultant, or certified translator your matter may require.

Please ReadJGPC is a private legal services firm. We are independent and we do not represent, and are not affiliated with, any court, tribunal, embassy, consulate, Global Affairs Canada, or any government agency. Professionals we refer you to are independent of JGPC: we do not supervise, employ, or guarantee their work, and any retainer and fees are strictly between you and them. Any referral arrangement, where one exists, is disclosed in accordance with Law Society of Ontario requirements. A referral is not legal advice and does not create a paralegal-client relationship.
Know the Difference

Lawyer, paralegal, or mediator?

Lawyer

Licensed by the Law Society of Ontario with the widest scope. A lawyer can act in almost any area and in every level of court, including family, criminal, real estate, wills and estates, and claims above the Small Claims limit.

Licensed Paralegal

Also licensed and regulated by the Law Society of Ontario, with a defined scope: Small Claims Court, the Landlord and Tenant Board, traffic and provincial offences, and a number of tribunals. Often faster and more affordable for matters inside that scope.

Mediator

A neutral third party who helps both sides reach their own agreement. A mediator does not represent either side, gives no legal advice, and imposes no decision. Useful when the relationship matters or a trial would cost more than the dispute.

How It Works

Four steps, no obligation

01Tell Us

Complete the referral intake form in English, Arabic, or French.

02We Match

We identify the right type of professional, honestly and promptly.

03You Decide

You choose whether to contact them. There is never an obligation.

04We Support

Where useful we stay involved for documents, notarization, and translation within our scope.

Government Processes

What we guide but never represent

For authentication at Global Affairs Canada, embassy and consular legalization, and filings with bodies such as IRCC and ServiceOntario, we prepare documents, submit where permitted, and track progress. Decisions, fees, and timelines belong to those authorities alone, and we are independent of all of them. See authentication, legalization, apostille, and Egypt legalization.

Begin With Clarity

One conversation can save you months.
