Common questions
Do demand letters actually work?
Frequently, especially against businesses and insured parties, because litigation is expensive for them too. When a letter will likely be ignored, we say so and discuss filing instead.
What happens if they ignore it?
The letter is drafted as the first exhibit of a Small Claims action, so escalation is seamless and nothing is wasted.
