How long do I have to fight a denial?
The windows are short: generally 30 days to request internal review, then 30 days to appeal to the Tribunal after the review decision. Bring the decision letter the week it arrives.
Can I receive anything while I wait?
Interim assistance may be available while an appeal is pending, depending on the circumstances. We ask for it whenever the facts support it.
